To protect yourself from unnecessary costs, we recommend to make a travel insurance. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are rented out in wohle or in part. There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the consumer protection code. Cancellations of reservations are only accepted in writing. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
Arrival and departure
Guest card
In winter you can get the guest card at our reception, which allows you to use public transport throughout the whole valley free of charge. In summer there is the Summer card, which is included in the roomprice. It offers a wide range of free and discounted activities in the Ötztal
Park
There is a parking space for you directly infront of our Hotel. You will find a e-charging station 50 meters from the Hotel in the "Festkogel" parking slot (can be used during the day with a valid ski pass).
Pets
We ask for your understanding that there are no pets allowed in our house.
