The spacious holiday apartment covering ca. 70 m² provides a magnificent panoramic view of the Obergurgl mountain range as well as a superb sun deck. It has two separate bedrooms with exclusive box-spring beds, a homely living room with a sofa sleeper for additional guests, and a fully equipped kitchen unit with microwave, coffee maker, teasmade, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, and a dining table that can host up to six persons. The room also features natural varnished wooden floors and Ötztal wool carpets.

Prices
Our rates are per room/apartment per day, excluding local tax of € 4,00 per person and day. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from this. For a short stay up to 3 days we charge a surcharge of € 10,00 per person and day.
Confirmation of your Booking
Your booking becomes binding once you have placed the booking order in writing and we have confirmed it in writing.
Booking guarantee
To guarantee your booking, we ask you to pay 30% of the total amount as security. We will send you all information about the deposit and the optional conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance with the booking confirmation.
