This cosy holiday apartment in the attic of our house extends to almost 55 m². It is located in a quiet area and furnished with high-quality spruce furniture from an Ötztal cabinet maker. It is fully equipped and provides enough space for up to four persons. The apartment includes natural varnished oak wood floors, a bedroom with one of our luxurious box-spring beds, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen unit with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, spacious dining table, HD flat-screen TV, safe, and a furnished balcony. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower. A hairdryer is provided. The toilet is separate.

Our rates are per room/apartment per day, excluding local tax of € 4,00 per person and day. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from this. For a short stay up to 3 days we charge a surcharge of € 10,00 per person and day.
Confirmation of your Booking
Your booking becomes binding once you have placed the booking order in writing and we have confirmed it in writing.
Booking guarantee
To guarantee your booking, we ask you to pay 30% of the total amount as security. We will send you all information about the deposit and the optional conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance with the booking confirmation.
